Heather L. Perbeck
Heather L. Perbeck practices in the areas of real estate, probate administration and estate planning. Attorney Perbeck effectively guides her clients through the complexities of the legal matter at hand and is committed to prompt and knowledgeable communication. Attorney Perbeck is a life-long resident of Connecticut, and in 2004, she met her mentor, attorney and former probate judge, Walter A. Clebowicz, who inspired her to pursue a career in the legal field. In 2021, Attorney Perbeck joined Attorney Clebowicz's firm briefly before founding Perbeck Law.
Prior to starting her own practice, Attorney Perbeck was an Associate of Flaherty Legal Group, LLC working in the area of family law from 2016 to 2021.

Walter A. Clebowicz (Retired)
Attorney Walter A. Clebowicz began practicing law in New Britain, Connecticut in 1976. In 1991, Attorney Clebowicz became the Judge of Probate for the Berlin-New Britain Probate District where he handled thousands of probate matters during his 30 years of service. Prior to becoming a Judge, Attorney Clebowicz had a general practice with emphasis on real estate, estate planning and probate matters. During his Judgeship, Attorney Clebowicz concentrated his practice on real estate, but after his retirement from the Probate Court in October 2021, he represented clients in all probate matters in addition to real estate and estate planning until his retirement from law in December 2025.
